Processed miRNA expression profiles and clinical phenotype data from patients with cardiovascular diseases (dilated cardiomyopathy, acute coronary syndrome, ischemic cardiomyopathy, and coronary artery disease) and healthy controls. MicroRNA expression was assessed using Agilent human miRNA microarrays with RMA normalization and log2 transformation. Dataset includes expression values for all detected case/control miRNAs from miRBase v21, along with clinical metadata including disease status, age, sex, and study center.
