Olink Target Protein Expression

Olink Target 96 Inflammation panels were applied to nasal secretions (DC, CRSsNP, CRSwNP, N-ERD, n=20 each). Across both panels, 184 assays (180 unique proteins) were determined, of which 4 appeared in both panels and were measured twice (CCL11, IL10, IL5, IL-6)
