46 WES paired FASTQ germline/tumour samples from 23 early-onset prostate cancer donors from the Bob Champion Cancer Trust

The dataset contains 46 samples: a germline and tumour sample from each of 23 donors. Donors are men diagnosed with prostate cancer at a young age, from the Bob Champion Cancer Trust. The data consists of 92 whole exome sequenced paired FASTQ files, compressed with bgzip. Exome sequences were enriched using Agilent SureSelect XT2 Human All Exon V5 baits, and sequenced with Illumina HiSeq 2500.

Pan Prostate Cancer Group Data Sharing Policy

Upon requesting access to this DAC, you will be sent a Data Transfer Agreement, which should be completed and submitted to EGA, which will then be forwarded to the owners of the DAC for approval. The Pan Prostate Cancer Group Data Access Control Committee (PPCG DACC) has been established by the Pan Prostate Cancer Group (PPCG) and is responsible for assessing applications to access and analyse datasets produced by members of the PPCG that are hosted on the European Genome-Phenome Archive (EGA). The Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) enters into this Data Transfer Agreement on behalf of the PPCG DACC, however access to the Data is solely determined by the PPCG DACC and not ICR. The Recipient Scientist and the Recipient agree that access to and use of the Data will be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If the Recipient fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement, ICR may terminate this Agreement and require the Recipient to immediately return or destroy any Data supplied.

Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
