Using bulk mRNA sequencing, we investigated the expression of 72 ADC targets, which are clinically approved or under investigation, in 909 samples (64 primary untreated, 749 metastatic, 96 normal) from 30 female patients from our post-mortem tissue donation program UPTIDER (NCT04531696).
