Treatment of CAR T cells with immunomodulatory metabolites

Anti-Her2-CAR T cells produced from T cells derived from healthy human donors were treated with DMSO (control) or either of the immunomodulatory metabolites indole‐3‐carboxaldehyde (ICA), valeric acid (VA) and isovaleric acid (IVA) to assess effects on CAR T cell function.
