Investigating adaptive immune responses in MM patients treated with belantamab mafodotin

We used single-cell CITE + VDJ sequencing and CapTCRseq to investigate the adaptive immune response, specifically the role of T cells and tumor-reactive gamma delta T cells, in multiple myeloma patients treated with belantamab mafodotin from the on-going Algonquin clinical trial (NCT03715478).
