BCAC TIIC data

TIIC dataset generated by BCAST project in BCAC from tumor cores from 12,285 breast cancer patients. Includes automated scores (multiply imputed) for CD8, CD20, CD163 and FOXP3 in all tissue, stromal and tumour tissue separately. Linked clinical patient data.
