  Samples were sequenced from 33 multiple myeloma patients including tumor presentation and relapse samples and a matched patient control sample. Tumor DNA was isolated from CD138-positive plasma cells. Control DNA originated from peripheral blood leukapheresis products collected after induction therapy. Libraries were prepared using the SureSelectQXT sample prep kit and the SureSelect Clinical Research Exome kit (Agilent), with additional baits covering the Ig and MYC loci.
