  38 PPTCs were sequenced using RNASeq to identify oncogenic variants in driver-unknown tumors and to explore gene expression patterns. RNA libraries were quantified by qPCR using the Kapa Library Quantification Illumina/ABI Prism Kit protocol (KAPA Biosystems).
